FUNDRAISING

Fundraising Initiative:
» Click to view and print Fundraising Initiative form

Marathon Pledge Sheets:
Help us collect pledges for the members of the SMA Marathon Team. This group is running 26.2 miles in a quest to raise awareness and funds for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
Simply click on this Marathon Pledge Sheet, print it out, and ask your friends and family to pledge what they can.
**You may also want to print the above form as a quick educational tool for those interested in pledging.

Mailing Initiative:
Join our SMA mailing initiative by printing the two forms below and sending them to companies or individuals who you think would be willing to donate to SMA. Print a copy of the letter (left) and brochure (right) and mail. Please feel free to include a personal story about how SMA has affected your life and why research is so important.
